Don't forget Gord has/had Bell's Palsy.... many of his LP covers have an unsmiling unfriendly look with the exception of maybe Dream Street Rose. He's often said that affected his ability to smile although I think that has been more or less solved now I believe.

It must've gone down when he recorded "Waiting For You".

I think it had something to do with Lyle, his pet canary at the time.
