I'm going to sound like the deviate here, but I have hardly been keeping track of what Live 8 was about...I didn't know Gord was there!

Don't feel bad. I just finished talking to a friend (I'm in Los Angeles, she's in Rhode Island) and she had NO idea what Live 8 was!! I explained it to her and now she's checking it out...

I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't know much about live8 Sheryl! I know it has to do with helping out African nations, with debt or something?

(you can see how little I've paid attention to this :( )

Anyway, I must have missed this already, but what songs did he perform at Live 8?

Restless, If You Could Read My Mind, and Let it Ride. It was amazing to see. I really can't yet articulate my feelings on being able to watch him perform again.
