Just returned from tonight's concert at
the Savings Bank Music Hall in Troy,NY. Overall, the concert was great. The set list was simular to that at the York, PA show. I am very tired & getting up early to return home tomorrow. I was fortunate to get to go to this concert at the last minute. Also, fortunate cause I think we got two of the last seats. Yes, it was sold out!!! So I will post here in more detail within the next day or two . Perhaps someone else went to this concert? It will be interesting to hear what you thought, especially about the first part of it. I promise to come back to post soon. Good night[;)] Dor |
I also attended the Troy concert. First of all what a beautiful concert hall!
I thought the show was excellent overall, although he struggled at times with his voice. His music was A-1 as usual and his effort outstanding. After the show about five or six of us waited by the side door until he came out, yes I got to meet him and got his autograph. That was great! Here is the setlist: 14 Karat Gold I'll Prove My Love In My Fashion Beautiful The House You Live In Sundown Carefree Highway Sea Of Tranquility Restless Never Too Close Painter Passing Through Blackberry Wine For Loving You/Did You Mention My Name Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald Intermission Waiting For You Fading Away Pony Man Rainy Day People Shadows If You Could Read My Mind Early Morning Rain Baby Step Back Song For a Winter's Night Candadian Railroad Trilogy Old Dan's Records |
