The april 21st concert was a great ticket. When Gordon comes to your touw just go. Here are some glimpses of the concert...Gordon opens with "The sea of tranquility" and then "Don Quixote"...fans call for different songs...Gordon obliges early with "Beautiful" later with "Early morning rain"..."A must do song", Gordon says is "If I could read your mind"...through the evening Terry Clements gets several ovations for his lead guitar work...Rick Haynes hammers bass notes at the end of "Edmund Fitzgerald"...the audience enthusiastically responds to "In my fashion","Sundown", and "Baby step back"...A man near me recognises Gordon's sunburst 12 string from the "Sundown" cover and then Gordon does the song...whoa, a little scary...the standing ovation at the end of the concert...look forward to this and more when you go to see him...and by all means do go.

Bill, Thanks for your insights on the show. I saw 3 times last year, hopefully he'll get back to the Detroit area this summer, nothing yet. Maybe I'll go to Ohio. I thought I heard somewhere, maybe it was Val, that the 12-string Gibson guitar from the Sundown cover was stolen years ago. Or maybe it was the Martin on his debut lp. His voice isn't quite what it was, but you know what? It doesn't matter, he can still make you shed a tear. thanks again!!! Al from Brighton, Michigan
