I finally got the CD. I am impressed. If you like GL AND Bluegrass then this is essential. Tony Rice has a rich, talented background in bluegrass music. He successfully translated some GL songs, but not all, in my opinion, to Bluegrass. It's been around since 1996, so does this group have any opinions?

Hmmm. This did come up on another thread, I think it was one to do with covers of Lightfoot's music. It was either a love/hate thing response to Tony Rice as I recall. I know there's a few people here who really like what Tony Rice did. I haven't heard it. I do like some bluegrass, but I don't know that I'd want to mix it with Gord....I'm sure you'll see plenty of responses to this.

I did try it, after hearing about the album last time this was mentioned. But I have to say, it just isn't for me. But I do have the CD I'd be happy to pass on to anyone who would like to try it!

This is a good offer. I have the CD and I think Rice, who is a sincere Lightfoot fan, does a nice job in his own style. Take Rona up on the offer, what do you have to lose.
