As I expressed last weekend in a previous post - I did not hear from anyone in regards to any posts that Mary made and therefore neither Florian or myself felt the need to e-mail her. The matter of her posts bothering anyone was not known to me until her post and then I explained things.

Mary has chosen to not believe me. Someone else has obviously been feeding her their thoughts about me and any others who Mary feels has slighted or ignored her.

Last Monday she began a campaign of private e-mail threats to me through the "private message" function here at CORFID. In my trying to keep this distasteful matter off of this message board that Florian provides for all of us I tried to reply to her. I found that she had put me on her ignore list. Which if you recall was something new to me last week.

I received another threat and taunt on the 12th and one similar to what she has just posted was in my e-mail box this morning at 7:23 a.m.

I will not sully this site with the ugly, venomous hate she sent me.

Today she has done all she could to get someone to reply to her nastiness and give her the chance to post what she did.

I will not defend myself.

I do not turn green.

I do not privately tell or ask or suggest to others what they should or should not post in regards to replying to CORFID posters.

Her insinuations are childish and speak more to her mind-set than they do mine. And also the mind-set of the person she says is her true friend.

It saddens me that this has occurred and I have contacted dear Florian for his advice.

I can only hope that Mr.Lightfoot/EMP/family do not tune in at this time.

I really don't know what else to say.

For weeks on end, MOST of my so-called
"friends" here, told me to take lots of pictures and make a report of the 3 Gord concerts that I went to in February. And to write down every minute and detail so I could have something to look back on later in life.

You all told me it will only get more precious as the years went on. I did everything you guys said. People were hounding me for days to "Hurry up and finish that report" I worked my butt off and I shared it with everybody here. What a mistake that turned out to be.

Then all of a sudden i'm an outcast.

Here is what i found out and what the truth really is. I also know mentioning God and asking for prayers really had nothing to do with it at all. It was just a smoke screen, and a poor excuse for one at that!

Below is the REAL REASON quoted from one of my REAL FRIENDS:

"Yep, I remember reading how everyone was telling you to take pics etc.

You really wanna know why they wigged out on you? Silverheels posted a comment and she said, and I quote, "Mary, I've never seen Gordon so taken in with a fan and I've never seen him so happy as in the picture with you". I don't remember exactly what she wrote, but that was pretty damn close!

There you have it. I'm sure Char's turned green at this moment!!!!!!! Then the bullshit started because they're jealous because your better looking than they are, much, much thinner and more fit. Add up all of the above and you have a recipe for childish jealousy.

You have something that they don't and never will and because of that, they despise you. It's actually quite flattering when you think about it."

I really didn't want to believe this was true but after thinking back. I realized it must be, because that's when it all started.... right after i posted my pictures and the story.

What's really sad is that there are some of you i really, truly liked and enjoyed chatting with, especially John Fowles. Thanks again for hooking me up with the Friends of Massey Hall and enabling me for getting those 3rd row seats....

and Cathy.. We used to have alot of fun and now you hate me because of the way I look.. such a silly reason really now you're giving me cyber middle fingers. That really does suck, but oh well.. life goes on.. for some of us anyway....

While I am of course loyal to the Queen of the Lightheads (lest I be exposed , she puts her guards on the next flight to Sydney and she has me summarily flogged) lol, I can only say that I trust Corfidites to sift through the pettiness and innuendo and draw their own conclusions.
Char is the Queen for some very good reasons. ;)

Char, you know we all appreciate the little extras you do for everyone.

Just thought I'd toss this "tidbit for thought" into the mix.

When Changes first posted under that username, she mentioned taking Xantac (if I understood the context correctly). I did a search on it and the facts are rather interesting. Those who care may want to pursue those facts themselves and factor it in to their opinions.

Bewildered is a good term. I have no idea where this came from. I thought everyone gave Mary a warm welcome and don't recall ever reading anything negative, especially from Char!! I can't even imagine Char writing anything negative about another GL fan.

Char is one of the most generous, pleasent people I've ever had the good fortune to meet. She opened up her home and heart to a bunch of strangers several years ago, and deserves our admiration and respect. I think she has worked hard to maintain this board as a pleasent peaceful oasis for everyone to stop by for a visit. She has had years of building relationships on this board, and I do believe one would be hard pressed to find anyone that dislikes her.

Not to be nitpicky here but she mentioned Xanax which is the most highly prescribed tranquilizer these days (passing Valium some years ago). Xantac is a medicine used for your stomach and heartburn, etc. So if you're doing any research google XANAX. Just FYI.

That was my oops. Actually, I believe I did google XANAX originally, and that's why I thought the info was interesting. The reason I typed XANTAC.....I do not know. I'll just add it to my lengthy list of "Why did I do that ? " mysteries.
