In the Toledo review, it mentions "three backup muscians". Was this a mistake? Usually its, Clements, Keane, Haynes, and Heffernan. Who's missing?

I'm sure it was a typical reporter's careless mistake (or somebody else's sloppiness). If you read the reviews of Songbook, you will find that it has anywhere from 15 to 18 previously unreleased songs. I know at least one "devoted fan" was there - someone who knows the band and visited backstage - and I'm sure he would have noticed if someone were missing! He didn't attend both shows, only the second, but I'm still certain it was just a mistake in the article.
