Gene and I attended the Wolf Trap show in Vienna, VA on June 18th...I think that was the date. We saw DSR there. A real dynamo! She yelled "We love you Gordon!' and he responded.
I understand (I think...) that Sir John and his wife were sitting in the same row as us.
By the way, Gene and I now live in Dumfries, VA,

Came home last night around midnight - tired but happy. What a weekend!!
It was great fun to meet everybody... What a bunch of great people and it's always nice to finally have a face to put to the name.
I hope everybody made it home safely and hopefully we'll meet again next year somewhere!

My wife and I were at the Humphrey's by the Bay concert on Shelter Island in San Diego this past Sunday. (Oct. 19). I have seen him once before, about ten years ago, and he is still great as ever. My wife was thrilled because he actually responded directly to one of her many shout-outs. We were in the third row and had a really awesome view of Gord and his talented band. The weather was just right. The only problem was the seating--cramped!!

Please log sunshine in for Flagstaff, Tucson and Phoenix. Regarding Flagstaff, the equipment truck arrived at 10:45 this morning, very neatly packed, with all unloaded equipment labelled Gordon Lightfoot. Only four hours until showtime at the University of Northern Arizona.

Based on the input of those who wished to participate, the final tally is :

62 concerts, with Corfid represented at 55 of them.

So one might say that when Lightfoot scans the crowd, there is an 89% percent chance of a corfidian being in attendance.

Nice job and an interesting statistic. Just a quick scan of the list makes me conclude that not everyone wants to post about their travels. I think we should start setting up a corfid.com membership table in front of the venues before the show. Think of the possibilities !

You're right about that Bill - I know of several folks who post here who haven't chimed in about the shows they've attended this year.. and also some folks who are who never post here but are definately "Net People"...

Mellisa in Amarillo. That was a missing date.

Revised tally: 62 concerts, with Corfid represented at 56.

That bumps the percentage up to 90%.
