Ohhhhh, what ones?
I can't pick, there are so many!!
Song for a Winter's Night (Gord's Gold version)
Now and Then
If You Could Read My Mind
Seven Island Suite
Is There Anyone Home
Does Your Mother Know
You'll Still be Needing Me

There are just too many to list.

can't choose either. i probably reject most of his hit singles and enjoy the rare album tracks that i recall hearing when i was young.

"Affair on 8th Avenue" still leaves me breathless. Notice how so many of the chosen songs (with a few exceptions)are GL's earlier works?

"The Last Time I Saw Her Face". It is haunting, incredible, emotional. Oh my God, I have to go play my record right now!

Tattoo makes me feel like bawling sometimes, so does Softly. The first time I heard that one, I had to pull the car over, I was weeping so much. But in a good, cathartic way...<sigh>

Well, got to work today after I left here, only to find that 99% of the work had been done! I worked a solitary hour! http://www.corfid.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif ..but that's okay,I've missed you guys, despite the very few minutes I've been able to be on in the past week or so! http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif

Okay, nice fresh perspective on the "favorites" question,so let's see.......

End Of All Time
My Love For You
Rainbow Trout
The Pony Man
Beautiful
A Message To The Wind
The Way I Feel (both.)
Wherefore & Why
Saturday Clothes
You'll Still Be Needing Me (la-la-la-la..la-la!) http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif
Your Love's Return
Nous Vivons Ensemble
Long River
If You Could Read My Mind
Cotton Jenny
Summer Side Of Life
Mother Of A Miner's Child
Cabaret
Talking In Your Sleep
It's Worth Believin'
Circle Of Steel
Too Late For Prayin'
Seven Island Suite
The Watchman's Gone
If Children Had Wings
The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald....and you all know I could make this list waaaaaay long but I'll stop there.

You may notice that songs some people would find utterly simple,I find grab me just as much as the more complex numbers. Like "Pony Man" & "Rainbow Trout" for example. http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif

Guess I'm just a "sensitive" kinda guy! http://www.corfid.com/ubb/redface.gif No wonder I blush easy. http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif Later! http://www.corfid.com/ubb/cool.gif
