Many thanks for that link Char and for uploading a great pile of photos I though the ceative one of Rick and Gord in its entirety was especially great but it had proved far too large at 4000 pixels wide to display in Rick's Facebook timeline
Using Paint I quickly reduced it to 640 wide (148KB) but then failed to find how to display it on Fcebook.
So I have added it to my own Facebook photo collection so that I could get its URL to display it here on Corfid

Of course the original full sized 2.72MB image file was attached by Char to her 10 November (4:48PM) posting earlier in this thread and her own "small" version (800x400) (only 82.8KB) is in the collection of 8 photos attached to her later (7:48PM) posting on 10 November
Whatever I duly acquired a fine set of 26 high quality mp3s from guitars101
I examined the Guitars101 postings by the self proclaimed 101guru known as Zeppo (who I see has previously uploaded a total of 500 assorted lossy (ie mp3) sets of which no less than 30 are by Gord including 1964's The Canadian Talent Library and the Skip Weshner Tapes which are in 4 rar archived files so it looks like the complete 4 CD set

I note that the Guitars101 Forum program is Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.7.0
(an older version than 3.8.7 that Forian uses for Corfid) so you can use familiar search methods
But the most interesting feature for me is that for this his latest addition Zeppo had foregone his previous reliance for file storage on either http://mediafire.com,http://rapidshare.com or http://filefactory.com (who all use a puerile countdown delay system then throttle the download anyway. so that the 367MB rar archive file of lossless (probably FLAC format) files for the 1968 Fillmore West Switchboard recording is currently scheduled to take over two hours!!)
and for the second time Zeppo used the fairly recently introduced replacement by Kim Dotcom for his banned http://megaupload.com operation the site in his home country of New Zealand at
http://www.mega.co.nz
which I know offers a huge 50GB of free cloud storage and as I found when downloading a progression of updates to the insider trial of Windows 10 was being successfully used by some of the distibutors of some unofficial DVD iso image files. That fact made me resolve to set up an account at mega which I have yet to do but when I do I intend testing whether images stored there will display on Corfid since it looks like my experiments using onedrive have mostly failed

I meant to also qualify that statement because the set of mp3s were in fact the highest quality that mp3s aspire to having been sampled at 320KBPS

stoopid quoting system has now failed so I hand coded the above
anyroad I tried creating a free 50GB mega acount on the website then created an images folder and uploaded a sample jpeg.BUT I when I then opened that image the obvious URL shown on the address box is useless due to the heavy handed encryption so that to use that URL elsewhere requires you to sign in to your own account and using the "share" option alhough it copies the same URL seen when the image is viewed from the folder. so you'd never be able to share a bleeding thing.
And yet I was certainly able to download that Niagara concert mp3 set plus a pair of largish Windows 10 DVD upgrade ISO image files. More experimentation and googling is required after I summon up some patience to try to prove that this it is not a complete sham and time waster.
perhaps somebody else would like to try and prove me wrong?
Otherwise forget about using it

How, may I ask, did you manage to get those videos?! The last concert I attended the camera police were everywhere! I didn't even manage to get a picture. Thank you for posting them.

i was dead centre-2nd row. Before the concert an usher told the guy in front of me there were no cameras allowed.. he put his away..
I waited a couple of tunes and started the camera..no one came so I just kept taking video..- with camera held around chest height to not bother folks around/behind me..

What a GREAT bunch of videos,Char! I feel like I was right there.Thanks so much for posting these for those of us who can't get to Gordy's live performances.
