billw, just about any kind actually, but perhaps a tasty beverage from the theater's generous bar would be easier...ha ha! can't wait either jbt Let me ponder this one for awhile, LOL. BTW, I think I heard someone in Hamilton saying that people were tripping back & forth to the bar making quite a racket the last time he played the Keswick, so we'll have to go before the start or at intermission. Should be fun ! Bill http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif |

Thought I might check with You about the Cheswick since You've been there. We got our tickets(aa10 and aa12 both right).I was just wondering if the right side is even #s and the left is odd #s or did they skip a seat betwinxt us?? For anyone that might be going to the 7 springs resort, the tickets are not available yet(april?)but if anyone is interested in a room (151.$) for that night, there's only 30 left as of yesterday(12/28).They all have 2 queen beds,so we will have a place in case anyone needs to bunk for the night..but I must give advance warning...Gloria(that'd be my wife)tends to get a bit on the frisky side after seeing Gordon, enter at your own risk.. We are thinking of going to the Wolftrap show too. Might as well make it a Summertime GL Trilogy.I looked the place up and it looks like a good time!! Being that it is outdoors,do they usually do the show in the daytime hours??We've never been to an outdoor Gordon event, so any info would be appreciated.I know the sun will be shining for this event, but what do they do if the weather is bad for other shows??? I could'nt find anything on the Wolftrap site concerning the Gord concert..Anyone know anything?? Brian&Gloria |

Brian&Gloria Brian, At the Keswick, as best I can recall, the first three rows are moveable chairs (AAA-CCC) The first row of fixed seats (AA) is a shorter row and does not have the aisle in the middle, which explains your seat numbers. I think you're cool. As far as WolfTrap goes Elizabeth tells us that they are going on sale in February. Stay tuned. Bill http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif |
Iron,
Now that I'm back home my original answer looks pretty suspect, LOL. I'd just call the box office and ask. Don't trust my memory ! Bill http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif |
It was the thought that counted,Bill. After pondering the situation,I figured that if someone is between us,after about 10 minutes of having two heads leaning in front of em,He or She will ask one of us to switch seats. Thanks,Iron |
Iron,
I guess you could say that Wolf Trap has performances during daylight hours since performances usually start between 7:30- 8:00 pm. The lawn can be great but if there is rain or it is in any way wet it is awful. However it is much cheaper than the Filene Center. More questions? Glad to answer. Found out today from the Cheswick that the seats on the right side of AA are even, and the left are odd. So it looks like there will be no unfortunite sole with two heads blocking his/her view. Can't Wait... |
