Sometime in the new year I hope to purchase this Casio Electric Drum set, it's not a toy by any means. It's $350... I've been a drummer by nature ever since I was a kid, and I did play the drum set in high school, still have my sticks for that matter. Barry Keane wasn't the one who inspired me however, but when I have been to the concerts I have kept my eye on him see how he does things.
Anyway this drum set plugs into your stereo and you can record yourself playing with your music, so perhaps I might be able to mimic Barry on the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald
