Gosh, I've been away from the forum for far too long...but Gord's birthday and new release has me checking back in.
I've recently written a new acoustic fingerstyle piece...a tune in 3 parts: Hope, Challenge, Redemption. I wrote it on a Gibson guitar that was willed to me by my late uncle, who had been given the guitar by Texas songwriter Lee Fry (he wrote "The Hunger" recorded by Waylon Jennings. 1 1969 Gibson Heritage...with a pedigree. My aunt said my uncle wanted me to keep music alive in it. Hope you enjoy the tune!
The tune is called "Oscarinna Dances" because a buddy of mine in Liverpool said his parrot danced to the demo.
