View these guitar tunes while you can...I will be pulling most off the web as I release my first collection of guitar tunes. Then I'll hopefully put some new ones back in.

I've been dutifully recording for a while now...seems you always get right to a point of finality when a sour note pops in! Anyway, I have a collection of guitar tunes mostly done -- real simple: one guitar, one mic; fret squeaks and all...I really hate the engineering part.

The collection is called "Twelve Roads Home" and will include a couple of free downloads.

My aim is to put it up on CDBaby.com, from where it eventually will make its way to iTunes.

I'll let you know when it does!

The second phase is a collection called "Tunes My Dog Can Whistle"...starting that now.

congrats, Bill. I dig that collection name.

I havent played with those tunings like I had planned to since that intriguing prior thread discussion...my kid cant resist slightly tweaking those tuning knobs (he always denies!) and running his hand over the strings each time he walks by it...I should put it in a case but since I dont play well or often it's really just there as a piece of furniture in it's stand

anyhow, I've loosened the strings off to deter him...I'm not sure what the name of that tuning is
