Fat lot of good those two links were
"embedding disabled by request"
then if you go to youtube itself for Americans:-
"This video is not available in your country due to copyright restrictions. "

Funnily enough as a US based user I had already tried that tack which is precisely how and why I got the
"This video is not available in your country due to copyright restrictions." brush off that I mentioned as applying to Americans (whose country hosted Jay Leno)
It is presumably OK for you Omer my lad because the last time I looked New Brunswick (the province) was still in Canada and youtube obviously decided such mundane considerations as copyright in US television shows need not concern Canadians?
If however you would like to download the video using the pwn method
see:-
http://deturl.com/
then upload it to any of the burgeoning video storage websites then post a link we could all watch it from there so there!!

Here is one of the songs from his new album, Roadsinger. The song is called Thinking 'Bout You.

He's great! And so well preserved vocally...only minor consessions to age...Songs from the two new albums sound like he never missed a beat from 30 years ago.

:) What was that one??? It's saying it's not available in this country.
Maybe it's on dailymotion, since that's in France.

All this copyright infringement business is frustrating for music lovers :(

It's Yusuf on Leno, the same as the first post. It's simply that I was thanking jj for letting me know that now we can post videos differently here at Corfid... The embed thing !

Can you watch the first post and not this latter one Patti ?

No, I couldn't watch the first one either, Jesse Joe. That's why I went to dailymotion to see what I could find there.

No prob, jjo.
rm, char and I were playing with that a while back. Would be nice if the default was non-embedded. The embed isn't really a bother except we thought it might be for dial-uppers.

I only link so you could catch up on some prior commentary by the gang as well as providing that cool 'DVD' interview buried in there were he talks of near death experience in early days. I have that DVD, it's superb clarity, espcially the BBC sessions which I think are also included in the link. The Leno link may be the same. The one I used had the best audio quality and pretty impressive video clarity too. I didnt notice improved clarity on that Daily Motion but nice interface for users. I see Tom has got his videos up there, I guess Warner is asleep;)

Hi jj :)

I think the whole business is frustrating for everybody but I guess the music makers are at the top of the list.

Cool? Hardly...it's been awful here. I am an outdoors girl in the summer but I have only been doing what I have to do and coming back in to the air conditioned house.

I think it wasn't that long ago we were complaining about ice, snow and it being too cold :)
Always something....
Stay cool and take it easy :)
