We don't seem to be getting a good voter turnout.

I am surprised that there is a tie.

Me too. I think I've made some enemies along the way.

I'm surprised more people don't vote. It's just for fun.

OK, OK ! Who can't use a little more fun in their lives, eh ?

Bill :)

I'll vote but I'm still on the fence a lot. Hard for me to dislike much in the catalog.

ok, problem...at some point I put all GL recordings from CD onto my Mac Itunes library...well, not all...I now remember filtering out a few tunes that I thought i'd never listen to again (except for CYC which I loop when I want annoying guests to leave the house)...so You Just Gotta Be must have been one of them...I can't find EOM album at the moment...is there somewhere I can listen to a sample of YJGB online so I can refresh my memory, I found it unmemorable (as I look back at the lyrics)...thanks

This time the coin rolled under the hutch. I agree with JJ that You Just Gotta Be
doesn't exactly stick in your mind. But CRC is certainly memorable one way or the other.
It's a Lightfoot song unlike any other. Of these two because of the uniqueness off CRC
I'm favoring it over YJGB.

:) Sorry guys....we all got a right to our opinion and I voted for the canoe song.

You know, even a bad G.L. is still pretty good. I feel kind of guilty every time I vote for a song...lol.

Don't feel that way. Every songwriter will tell you they have some 'clunkers'. Lightfoot is amazing in the fact that he has so few.

JJ...I do or did the exact same.

Thats a great way to give you a clue as to what songs you can do without.
..when you run out of memory on your ipod and you have to delete some.

I'm sure Mr Jobs would rather I just buy another one with more memory.
See... Gord can't write anymore...cause I have do more gigabytes...i'm full up.

(jj..sent you a message yesterday..any response ..or maybe i pushed a wrong button..it happens)

Billw, you know what's even more fun than voting for Gord's 'clunkers'? A Gord concert in less than four months!

Counting down...

Just another bounce to the top to solicit voters.
