It may interest KK fans that the BBC are broadcasting a 4 part series about Kris, starting on Monday 3rd Nov. At 2330 GMT. Thereafter on the next 3 Mondays. This will be presented by Steve Earle. It will be available 'live' on the www.bbc.co.uk/radio2 website. The program should be available, after transmission, on the BBC iplayer. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer.
With Kris Kristofferson's track record this should be a good program.

good?
it's gonna be GREAT!
;)
thanks for the heads up!
This will be presented by Steve Earle.
Nice combo. Perhaps Earle will have an anecdote or two similar to his 'Best Story Ever Told" that recounted Earle's invitation to Lightfoot's place.

I hope that you guys over the pond can get this broadcast, sometimes for, copyright reasons, certain items are not available. I tried to get on the iplayer yesterday only to be told I could not access it as 'I was not in the UK' which was news to me. I had to nip outside and check I was still at home. At the moment I am listening to a fasinating program on the iplayer, about Leonard Cohen's song 'Halleljah' The Beeb certainly do put out some interesting stuff. I live in hope that Gordon might rate a program someday.
One of Kristofferson's finest. With this effort from his debut album, it's easy to understand why he was a Rhodes Scholar. Great storytelling, accompanied by interesting visuals :
