Anyone have any dreams of celebrities you might want to share?
I had a good one back in '90 or '91. It was about Gina Lollobrigida. She was in a good mood and she was fixing my hair, as if she was getting me ready to go somewhere. It wasn't like she was a hairdresser, but she was my friend and we were about the same age in the dream.

I once went horseback riding with Art Garfunkel, circa 1968. He couldn't fit his cowbow hat over his afro.

I had one fairly memorable one where the one I was dreaming about I saw as a high school teacher who was a tough but very fair & humane sort of teacher towards his students. He was always highly annoyed with me as it seemed that he had more trouble trying to get things through my thick head than most. Yet for some odd reason I thought the world of him.

A few years ago I had several dreams about Tommy Lee Jones. I have no idea why I would dream about him because I don't even like him very much...lol.

It was about the time they were showing that stupid movie of his"Volcano". The only thing he does is run around and scream orders at everybody during the entire movie.
It has good special effects, but that's about it.

Anyway, I would dream that he was in my house and whatever I was doing he would try and get me to stop so that I would dance with him....I know, it's stupid....lol.
Another one, he was training my dog to sit when I gave her a bath and kept spraying water all over me and the entire house...lol.
Just really random things like that.

I sometimes dream about being at concerts but very often I can't see who is playing the music.
I haven't had a very good Gordon Lightfoot dream yet:) I did dream once that he was at my doctor's office and he was selling his sheet music and cds to the patients and nurses...lol.

Once I had a nightmare of some celeb that I thought was nice and he tried to be mean to me in the dream and then the dream police started coming and he ran away. I saw him on a talk show not too long ago.

timetraveler, do you still think the world of that guy from your dream?

Nightingale, I don't know who Tommy Lee Jones is, but those dreams were pretty funny.

About your Gordon dream, I think he goes around doing that in real life, especially when he has a break from touring. (just kidding)

Hey Patti:)

I know why I had the Gordon/doctor dream. It was because my dentist's assistant and I were always talking music and it bugged him when he was working on my teeth...lol. I had taken her a Gordon Lightfoot cd to listen to and he got mad when she put it in the music system at his office.

She got fired not long after that.:( I still miss her when I go in. The new girl is no fun at all...lol.

You don't know Tommy Lee Jones??? The Fugitive....Men In Black...Coal Miners Daughter...countless other movies.
He's a very good actor...can play any role and make you believe it.
I kind of liked having him in my dream world but he left me for some other sleepy eyed woman...lol.

Hey Nightingale,:)

Maybe you need a new dentist if he can fire that nice girl.

I'm not that good at matching up names and faces sometimes. I don't know why everyone just doesn't go around wearing name tags. I have seen Men In Black and Coal Miner's Daughter, so I just didn't know what his name was, though I have heard that name.

I did have a dream about Gordon a couple nights ago, but I forgot it as soon as I woke up. I hate it when that happens. I guess it wasn't important.

Well, the dentist probably had his reasons for firing her. I liked her but many people that went there didn't. They thought she chatted about her personal life too much.
Truth be told, she did....lol. I didn't mind because I like to get to know a person on that level but other patients were uncomfortable with her.

Dreams..yes, lots of times I have amazing dreams only to wake up and find they have left my head:) Doesn't it make you mad....lol.

I guess if you were dreaming about Gordon then it couldn't have been a bad dream, right? :)

Dear Nightingale - your lack of Gord dreams and the doctor connection was so funny! Too bad that girl lost her job...

Tommy Lee Jones - how about playing opposite Robert Duvall in Lonesome Dove?!? Such a great miniseries...

I think the reason for the dream about Tommy Lee Jones is that, though he's a rather rough & almost sour looking sort, he's actually not a bad looker really. A sort of rough, he-man type. Maybe that's why you see him in a lot of cowboy films.

I don't so much as dream about celebrities (except Mariah & Gordon) as I do about the Tv shows they've been on.

I'e dreamed of being on :

M*A*S*H
Happy Days
Giligan's Island
Dukes Of Hazzard & others. ;)

Hey Borderstone,
Do you 'star' in these shows or are you just a lowly extra? :)

SherylKat, Lonesome Dove...Yes! I had forgotten about that show. Very good in that.

Timetraveler, you might be right about that. :) He is a rather manly type man, isn't he? Truthfully, those Tommy Lee Jones dreams got really annoying before they finally stopped...lol. I can think of other things I would rather do in my dreams than give a dog a bath with Mr. Jones...lol. :)
