Pole-ar bear?

Some folks in Riverview on Phillip Road had their very own ‘pole-ar bear’ as one person in a hair salon put it when describing this ice formation on a telephone pole, before rain washed it away. The scene was created by a snow bank that used to surround the pole slowly melting.
