I think I'm missing something. All I get is that box with a "?" in it. Am I supposed to click on that? But nothing happens....Help

I'm having similar trouble trying to open a file that has some pictures of a family get together that an aunt of mine sent me. It just about drove me nuts, so I let my frustration get to me & I had to delete it from the inbox of my E-mail. I even had a friend of mine try to send me a picture of her dog, but again, I couldn't access it for some reason. makes me wonder just what it is that I'm doing wrong.:(

If you take a look at the following picture , let me tell you it is not animated. Your eyes are making it move. To test this, stare at one spot for a couple seconds and everything will stop moving. Or look at the black center of each circle and it will stop moving. But move your eyes to the next black center and the previous will move after you take your eyes away from it.... Weird

Hi Jesse Joe, thanks for posting the actual pictures. That sure was interesting. Guess I'll take a break from looking at the screen for a while. My vision's gone all blurry.
