Country Rocks the Hill


Left: An estimated 40,000 people attended Saturday's Country Rocks the Hill show.

Yes, quite a few people that I spoke to made the trip. Some of the fiddlers were planning on going, too.
Sounds like they put on a good show.

Yes from what I read in the papers, there is where I saw that many people from Maine had made the trip... Big Alan Jackson Fans I guess...Jesse. :)

Alan Jackson puts on a great show.
That's a pretty impressive crowd that showed up.

40,000 people, not as much as Last year Rolling Stones, tho.

We had a couple of Phish concerts on the now defunct Loring Air Force Base, 4 or 5 years ago. The first one drew 60,000, and the second over 80,000. For those few days, Limestone was wall to wall traffic.

Cathy, The Rolling Stones last year drew over 80,000 people. The biggest ever for that same venue, where Alan Jackson was this past week-end...Jesse. :) :eek:
