Rogers Cable has shut off Newsgroups

If any of you in Southern Ontario use Rogers as your ISP, you will no longer be able to access the Lightfoot newsgroup via Outlook Express.

This was effective Dec 15 I am told.

However you can use Google Newsgroups to see it..

I've been checking it through GOOGLE with no problems. I did give ROGERS a blast tho!

i'm still with rogers.com but get NG thru google.com...it's working fine now that i've gotten used to it...
e-mail is still the same...
