The only real failure is not to make an attempt. I promise I will post my full name if someone can answer them all. I will also prove that all questions are possible to answer if you all give up(so soon?)

I imagine it's more a lack of interest than a fear of failure that keeps folks from bothering with your "quiz" - sorry.
